What is Reiki and How does it help?

Reiki Is a Japanese technique used primarily for Stress Reduction and Relaxation, although in this relaxed and stress free state – Your bodies natural healing process kicks in. This is one of the many advantages of Reiki.

Reiki is administered by the laying on of hands at certain points around the body (or a few inches above) The Reiki Practitioner acts as a Channel for Reiki to flow through, which is then absorbed by you, bringing you into a state of total relaxation where healing can occur.

When our own Life force energy is low it is often easier for us to become sick or become stressed. When our life force energy is high, We are happier, healthier and able to deal with life’s demands more easily.

Reiki can also be performed remotely in distance healing and works in exactly the same way and is just as effective.  This is how our “healing book” works. Reiki is not bound by time or space making it a beautiful healing modality to utilise if your loved ones are far away.
